Yesterdays food intake
My food intake for yesterday was :
1 large bowl cornflakes with semi-skimmed milk
50g nuts
spaghetti bolognese with pasta shells, mushrooms, and sweetcorn
PWO Shake
glass semmi-skimmed milk
50g nuts
2 bag crisps
3 butchers pork sausage with mash potato,carrot,sweetcorn,mushroom
gravey
i havnt worked out the calories yet butthey were all pretty large portions

oh yeah, sorry, i ment to say that it was my cheat day and wanted to know like wat other things are good to eat on this day. Macdonalds and sh1t?

Dude i am going to have to come up and sort out your cheating its lame to say the least. Dont be representing the UK and then putting in such a poor effort.

If that's your cheat day while bulking, i'd hate to see a "normal day". I remember you complaining about not being able to put on weight really, now I know why. You're not eating nearly enough of the right foods. Check out the bulking sticky in this forum as well as the cutting one to help put together a diet for your needs.

If you're looking to bulk you'll need to step up the intake bro.....that's looking a little lite. Especially for a cheat day...imho.

eat eat eat cannot emphasize this enough, thats what i did but i over did it now i have a small gut to show for. you surely dont have enough good sources of protien. nuts are not that good as they are difficient in several essiential amino acids. if ur planning on gaining get some nlarge protien and take 2 servings a day minimum. eat alot more eggs, red meat, chicken, and tuna. bro sounds like you need to do alot of reading on this subject, like bdtr said read the stickys great info!!!

I useed that day as a cheat day cos I hadn't really planned it properly the day before like I normaly do, therefore there wasn't a great deal of stuff prepared. Normaly I feel fat as fu*k with all the stuff I shovel down my throat.
Take this morning for exampl, by 11:30am I had got almost 1500cal already and still need to goto the gym and have my pwo shake.
Just goes to show though that planning is everything
