Diet Spreadsheet?
Hey everyone. I am working on a new workout and diet book for myself. I have looked through the diet section and can't find a worksheet to use. I am looking for a spreadsheet for keeping track of my foods so I can track myself and my progress. Anyone have something like this or do you just jot it down in a notebook?......Thanks...JC

I sent you a PM dude. I use Excel and have a good working database with some of my favorite foods. You can add to it and just put in the formulas in the squares to do the sums.
I find it a good way to keep track of my intake, cos if you get to say 4pm and ur intake is low, you know how much you need to get to have a good day.
All I need is ur email address so I can send you a copy

Thanks for all the replies guys. I have put together a sheet of my own for tracking through the day. I already use fitday, but I am not always on a computer. That's why I wanted to get a log together.
Thanks again everyone....JC
