    Review my cuttting diet please

So my cutting begins in 2 weeks and this is what I was thinking :

6:00 - 6:45 empty stomach morning cardio with ECA

    7:30 meal 1 : whey with pb

    10:00 meal 2 : same

12:00 meal 3 : cottage cheese with some fresh vegetables and some salt for flavour

    14:00 meal 4 : whey with pb

    16:00 gym (ECA)

17:00 meal 5 : PWO (100g dex, 50g prot - I was thinking why cut this down, its an anabolic time right?)

    19:00 meal 6 : PPWO - rice/chicken, potato/chicken...

    21:00 meal 7 : tuna with mayo

23:00 meal 8 : if I'm still up, which is rare, whey with pb

I'll also be taking prop and t3 through the entire time - 2 months.

    Thanks bros

I am sure that if I am wrong I will be corrected, but I thought that potatos and white rice are simple carbs, not complex.

Persoanlly most of this is alien to the way i diet, because I contol my carb intake VERY strictly.

i read 80+ gotta find it one a gi scale but i dont like to exceed 60 ever unleess its PPWO or PWO and if ur consuming them PPWO its prolly better than moderate complex carbs in actuality due to the increased protein synthesis from the insulin spike.

I read the exact same sentence from you in another thread, its a good idea but I'm alergic to almonds, I can't really crack the shells off the peanuts at work, and I can't buy beef jerky where I live. So.......

--Basically, for your first meal, if you wish to stay with a pro/fat, you can eat it sooner... there is really no need to wait more than a half hour.... JMO.
If you decide to make it a pro/carb (whites/whey & oats)... wait the 45mins...

--Watch how much salt you're adding as well, as that will help you retain water, and you'll be a bit bloated... this can be quite discouraging if you're cutting, as you'll see results slower....

--As for Meal 4 - you have a pro/fat meal.
Maket this a pro/carb meal, with some low gi carbs, fibrous green veggies.... drop the fat.

--Eat Meal 6 a 1/2hour-1hour sooner, you want to eat PPWO an hour or 1.5 hour after your PWO shake... then, move your tuna and mayo ahead a half hour, and the same with your whey and PB, that way you get in that last meal before bed. Also, before bed, I'd say use Flax instead of PB... it's a better fat, and you already have PB a couple of places...

(I see your PB in another thread, and that it has sugar and salt, definitely use another form of fat such as almonds/flax/fish oil/olive oil, etc....)

    That's what I would do....

OK, GOT IT, I WONT CHANGE IT TO PRO/CARB, I'LL EAT IT SOONER

--Watch how much salt you're adding as well, as that will help you retain water, and you'll be a bit bloated... this can be quite discouraging if you're cutting, as you'll see results slower....

YEAH, I KNOW, I DON'T USE IT THAT MUCH, AND I DRINK A LOT OF WATER SO IT SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM

--As for Meal 4 - you have a pro/fat meal.

    WHY?

--Eat Meal 6 a 1/2hour-1hour sooner, you want to eat PPWO an hour or 1.5 hour after your PWO shake... then, move your tuna and mayo ahead a half hour, and the same with your whey and PB, that way you get in that last meal before bed. OK, I'LL DROP THE PB ALLTOGHETHER SINCE I CAN'T GET THE NATURAL KIND

(I see your PB in another thread, and that it has sugar and salt, definitely use another form of fat such as almonds/flax/fish oil/olive oil, etc....)

    That's what I would do....

I'll be using peanuts to slow down whey absorption, since I'm allergic to almonds and I don't like adding oil to my shakes.

I'll get the ones in shells, how many do I eat per 1 scoop of whey?

you need to increase veggies big time. The best way to get cut is increase the veggies. Personally I have with almost every meal, expect breakfast. Way too much fat in that diet. Also I would add flax oil 1 tbsp before bed. Figure out those percentages and make sure your fat isn't over 20%. TONS OF VEGGIES=DROP BF

    That fat ammounts are fine

As for veggies I agree, but no need for them PWO or PPWO.
