what to eat between events?
Alright well im going to play racket ball with my dad... We usually play about 3 games which is around 45mins.... I then was going to lift since i havent lifted today...bi's tri's, traps, and abs...then thinking maybe some cardio if i still have anything left....
Im on a cutting diet... should i have a protein shake before i lift? maybe some dextrose???

Methinks you should have a liquid meal...how soon before weight-training do you play this game? ANd how many days per week do you do it?
I'm thinking, a game before weight-training is akin to doing cardio before weight-training...which is a general no-no.

it was really just a 1 time thing... i just wanted to get the most out of it
