Critique My Bulking Diet
Stats: 6'3" , 21, 202, 15% BF
Just started my cycle of Test E @ 500 mg ew for 12 weeks. I want to put on as much lean muscle mass as possible with as little fat, but then again, who doesn't???

Looks good...what are the total # of calories and your percentages? IMO you could even bump this carbs up a bit ie. your brown rice intake.
