    honey question for pwo?

    i have trouble getting dextrose in the uk how much honey can you add to your whey 30/40grams for cutting.

    i dunno bout honey
    but if u go ask in a medical company for glucose monohydrate(which is wut i did)
    ull find it for a good price

    i got glucose but i was told its not the same as dextrose?
