food intake on cycle
I hear totally opposing viewpoints on how much to eat. I have only done a few cycles with ok results. One buddy tells me I need to eat everything in sight. Cheeseburgers, ice cream, anything with calories. My other bud tells me to eat all the time but good protein and carbs. I have found it is hard to get enough calories like that though. Confused????

i fallow the clean bulking approach w/ proper macronutrients
i usually end up loosing body fat while putting on muscle through blood sugar regulation. Low gi carbs high protein evenly spaced meals w/ proper EFA's at proper times.
depends on gear but yes you should increase your calori intake proportional to what it is now i.e. if you increase your protein by 60g i would add 20efa's and 45 carbs or similar

Eat every 2 hours, but eat CLEAN. Meaning, eat ALOT of lean steak, lean beef, chicken breast, fish, eggs, brown rice, yams, oatmeal, cheese, protein shakes, PWO nutrition.

Eating is what determines how much you gain. So eat BIG and eat CLEAN

Listen to the buddy who tells you to eat clean/wholesome food.
That is what builds a body, not sh*t food.

Sometimes eating sh*t on cycle can have a worse effect on your fat levels than off cycle. You won't just turn any and all cals into muscle. Rmember, your estrogen levels will be slightly higher on cycle to your fat cells will be more responsive to incoming **** and crazy insulin spikes.
I would just keep it clean ass poossible and splurge when necessary.
