I don't know if that's how you spell "Pole-Lock", but this is pronounced "Paul-Luck".
It's very mild, not fishy in smell/taste, and works well.

Dude I do Tilapia, its fresh water fish, stay away from salt water fish as it tends to carry more fat. you can also do whiting and flounder but I love Tilapia.

Grouper, Talapia, Whiting.....all are white meat fish and very mild in flavor.
