    kents dextrose

    on the website it say 1 scoop = 11g. What is one scoop, 1 tablespoon?

    No they give you a scooper in it. I think 1 cup is around 100g. thats how I measure it.

    Yea they do give you a scooper to measure it (its pretty **** small). And I thought a cup of dex = roughly 160 grams of dex.

    It's been a long time since I measured. I'll double check after my workout today. I'm glad you said something I need to know how much dex I'm getting

    just use the scoop they give you, fill up 1 cup with it and see.

    im pretty sure the scoops they give you in tubs of whey are 30 grams. i just use those extra scoops i have laying around and measure my dex out with that

    I use the regular scoop of protein. three scoops of the regular protein scoop is 90g of dex.
