drinking egg whites
does anyone drink egg whites. i cook mine but i hate them. i would much rather gulp them down quick but im worried about salmonella. what do you guys think??

yep just found what im looking for. going by the posts i will carry on cooking them. Ill add reduced sugar ketchup to stop me hurling.

there are also companies that sell egg whites that are cooked enough to be bacteria free and are still liquid for drinks or shakes....

Both places mentioned above are expensive as all hell because of shipping costs. Try finding a place locally that sells egg whites. www.eggology.com has a HUGE list of retailers, I didn't even know but 2 stores in my town carried pasteurized whites by the gallon!
