Goals vs diet/supps
Next monday im gonna start my cycle of clen , in about 4 weeks(end of clen cycle) im gonna jump on some creatine. My goal is to lose bodyfat, not nessasarily actual weight, just wanna look more defined and bigger, figured id jump on cretine to gain alittle size i lost on clen. heres the diet i am going to be doing while on the clen and creatine,is it good for my goals??
930- 2 eggs, 3 egg whitess, 2 pieces of rye, piece of no fat cheese
1130-can of tuna n reg mayo
130- grilled chicken. melted no fat cheese, alittle bbq sauce,side salad
330-can of tuna, 2 pieces of grain bread, low fat mayo(i herd its not good to mix carbs n fat so i use one serving of low fat mayo, 3 grams of fat
600- PWO shake
700-grilled chk ,melted cheese, ranch dressing
900- about .75lb os lean steak on the george foreman
before bed at ab out 11- protein pudding
SO WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK???

dude weres your Veggies and Oatmeal at ??? you need more egg whites in the morning i know that the next guys diet may not work for you or me....But in the past few months i have really be getting into food and how it effects the body and inslin levels i would suggest the book Macrobolic Nutrtion i wouldnt recomend eating what they post all the time but you will Learn a ton about food and its effects on your body,

Ight... Diet is horrid??? can anyone elaberate on why it is soo bad???? and also i wsnt plannig on taking creatine n clen at the same time, taking clen then the last week of my cycle i was gonna start creatine. Can anyone tell me whats wrong here ??

also i know my goals r kinda unrealistic, losing bodyfat and gaining size. I def started to late for the timeline i wanted to look good in, but i have to make the best of it. i think in 2 months(1 to 1/1 on clen ) depending on results, then 2 or 3 weeks on creatine i could look the way i want i think, even if it is only water weight, for now it will have to do,

Did you even look at the stickies atop the page as suggested?
You will then be able to see what the horridness is from.
Then re-post your new/greatly improved plan.

Heres the exact diet from the cutting sticky, My goal isnt really cutting, more of maintainng my bodyweight without losing muscle. I have added a meal between 5-6 which i think is a good added meal(.75 lb of steak, a good pro/fat meal) maybe not like to here some feedback
Lean Protein, 1/2 cup oatmeal
I can not tolerate oatmeal, i puke at the taste if it, i added 2 pieces of grain bread here to substitue for the carbs, is this wrong??
Protein shake/Lean Protein (2 tbsp flax
here i have my tuna, which is lean protein mixed in with some mayo, which is a good pro/fat meal
Veggies, Lean Protein- heres my lean grilled chicken meal with salad, exactly what he says to do
PWO Nutrition- protein shake with dex
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal. here i admit i am missing my carbs n veggies, so ill add soem rice with my chicken n a salad
MY ADDES MEAL0 my steak, is this a relly bad idea??
Shake with Flax- instead of a shake i mix whey protein with no fat pudding, same as a shake
aight i compared the 2 n dont see how my diet is HORRID, maybe not perfect, but i really dont see horrid, can someone help me out, also can someone help me out with creatine on clen , i searched but cant find it

yea i didnt really make ne changes from my first diet because i put my diet with the proposed cutting, n it seems to match up pretty well???
in the post above the meal number n what it hsould be is the cutting sticky, and then i added which foods i put in that place, so can someone tell mw what i did wrong? also ne one knwo about using creatine on clen ?

whey shake before bed not good ... it absorbs very rapidly... use tuna and flax or eggwhites nad flax.. or casein/flax

ok so no cheese(not even no fat kraft??) n ill throw out the pudding n bread. But i bought the 0 carb ranch thinking it woul dbe good for pro/fat meal?? am i thinking in correctly?? Also i added that steak meal in there for added protein, would i be better of with 2 scoops of whey??

add flax seed oil at night with your protein.
