How is my diet?
I am 24 years old 6'2" 176 lbs. 2 months ago I was 155 lbs so this diet has been working well for me. I'm not taking any steroids . I work from 10-5:30 so my first meal is actually a shake that I drink then go back to sleep. not sure if this is bad.
1. 7:30am - 2 scoops NLarge2, 1 tblspoon flax oil
Back to sleep
2. 9:00am - 1 cup oats, 6 egg whites, 1 scoop whey, 5g creatine, 1 tblspoon flax
3. 12:00pm - lunch from my office cafeteria - something with high protein + small salad with 2 hard boiled eggs.
4. 3:00pm - 2 scoops NLarge2
5. 5:45pm - Steak or chicken with mashed potatoes or yams.
6-7 - workout
6. 7:15pm - 40g whey, 80g dextrose
7. 10:00pm - Ham or turkey sandwich on whole wheat
8. 12:00am - 1 can tuna + cottage cheese and hot sauce. 1 tblspoon flax.
I know it's not perfect but is it ok? What should I change? I drink milk with some of the meals as well, I have nearly no fat on me so I'm not worried about it until I see some.

I did, I thought this diet was pretty close to what was recommended. I've actually read up quite a bit about bulking on this forum already. I know 2 meals are replaced by shakes which isn't great, but it's very convienient.

weight gainer shakes = pure sugar. Try making whey/oat shakes instead.
