    it says on the package
    ingred:100% natural rolled oats
    this a good complex carb?

    guys i know oatmeal is a good complex carb thnx neway

    mine says quick cooking but it takes bout 3-5 mins to cook

    and since cooking increases gi of some foods i eat mine raw with no milk or water just keep chewing em
