    can somebody break down macros for me?

    NOw im curently on a test e only cycle 600mg per week and i was talkin about my diet with someone at the gym and they said make sure i got my macros in check... i kno macros is carbs n stuff and micros is vitamins... wat is exactley does he mean when he says make sure my macros in check

    just sayin to make sure you are eating enough protien, carbs and fat and in the right ratios.

    Got to fuel the fire! Just like amino said eating enough in the right ratio is the key.

    Dude, I'm not flamin you at all, but you're juicin and you don't even know what macro's are? Diet should be the first thing you got in check before any other type of "enhancements" are taken.

    Macros are the breakdowns of Protein Carbohydrates and Fats. He was refering you to this because in all essentiality you have to have that in check to build muscle or shed fat with out loosing muscle.

    Protein and Carbs has 4Kcals in it
    Fats have 9Kcals in it

    Having the correct nutrient break down can make you or break you in the gym.
