My diet, almost zero carbs.......??
6'2
225 @ 11%bf
Morning cardio on empty stomach
protein shake (pro complex 55G)
Meal 2
8oz chicken breast and 1 TBL spoon natty PB
meal3
Same as meal 2
Meal4
Pro complex 55g protein and flax
workout
Post workout pro complex with 120g dex
meal 5
2 eggs and 8 egg whites
meal 6
Pro complex and flax.
I know this is VERY low with carbs what are your opinions?

Oh yeah I am currently on a cycle and using clen and t-3

i guess thats low carb, I would say you need def increase the carbs, clen /t3 won't stop muscle loss. T3 eats muscle with a test.

through some oats in there man there good carbs
