    could try:

1 snack: 1 can tuna and a tablespoon olive oil with some vegetables

lunch: a mix of grilled chicken, brown rice, and vegetables mixed all together like a salad

snack 2: protain shake with tablespoon of olive oil

small tupperware for everything but lunch, could prepare everything on sunday so it's all packed and ready for the week.

I cant eat rice cold, I tried that over the winter and it made me sick everytime. If you needed carbs why dont you try and take a sweet potato, Ive ate those cold and they arent that bad.
