on food packaging is "Kcal" the number of calories ? or "Kj"
On food packaging, when i see "Kcal" then a number, is that the calories in the food ? or is it the "Kj" ? Thanks

By Kcal they mean "energy".

Kcal and Kj are both forms of energy. Kcal = calories. Kj = kilojoules.
