    calories while cutting

hey guys, I figured out my calories for my cutting diet and with a few equations i came up with an avg of 2800 calories to maintain... im 5 8, 185, 16% bodyfat.. so, i was planning on dropping my calories to about 2100 (with 250 g of protein, 150 g of carb, and rest fat) is that too low to the point that ill lose muscle?? and im also doin 30-40 mins of cardio on empty in the morn.. thanks

700 is too much...if u didnt count cardio in...that would be around 1000 calories way too much......

yeah, you need to count cardio and your workouts, and then go max debt at ~500kcal/day, IMO

ratios look okay, i'd up the fat a little more, maybe lower the pro a tad, unless you're on, or the carbs...but a good starting point...just monitor your progress and adjust accordingly (usually with the carbs, if you can tolerate it)
