    For how long can I do my morning/empty stomach/ECA cardio for?

    At the most?

    an hour? 1.5h?

    Any longer than an hour I think you would start seeing some noticeable muscle loss after awhile.

    How often are you doing it and what are your goals? If you are looking to loose fat fast because you have a ton of it, I'd say sky is the limit (to a point, 2-3 hrs might be overdoign it still....). Also, are you on anything that would help keep your muscle mass?


    As for doing cardio on an empy stomach: Prior to your workout, at least take a protein shake to prevent muscle loss.

    I'm doing it 5-6 days a week...

    A small amount of fat is left that is pissing me off!

    Only creatine right now...

    Empty stomach cardio has given me such good results that I can't start questioning it now...
