Cream of Wheat
Used to love this as a kid, and just recently began eating it again for the last 3 weeks or so.
Man I forgot how good this is!!!!! I eat it southern style though (Louisiana) with salt and "I can't believe it's not butter" spray.
I hate sweet hot cereal, ughhh......

It's like oatmeal but wheat, it's really good with ICBINB and a little skim milk. If you like it sweet you can add splenda or honey, good stuff!

I use it in my first meal of the day instead of oats, and in my 2nd post-workout meal as well. You can use it while dieting.

~SC~ you said that you can eat it while dieting?
Hold up...Cream of Wheat for meeeee.... Holla!
It's avilable here anywhere.
Swole you made my day.
O and p.s. Money Boss Hustla's got it right...milk and brown sugah is it. (Since i'm dieting i'll scrap the milk and swap the sugar for splenda)
-
07-18-2005, 09:09 PM #33
On another note...why does splenda contain dextrose and maltodextrin?
I'm reading the ingredients and it list in this order: Dextrose; Maltodextrin; Sucralose.
This pisses me off.

-

We have caribou here...I have had it...but it is not readily available.
We mainly have beef, chicken, etc. Very standard. If a person wants new game meat...they have to hunt it themselves. I grew up with family who hunted so I have had it all. Also have friends and family in farming...so it's not uncommon to get sides of beef for next to nothing.
PM me you address and I'll see what I can do for you.

pm sent
how do you like caribou? I know they are ALOT bigger then swedish raindeer so maby they taste a bit different to.
You guys have elk's there also right? What do you prefear elk or caribou? I would love to cut on elk, damn only 3% fat and stuffed with high quality protein.
-

Elk for sure. One of my favs. My uncle used to shoot elk all the time.
Venison (deer meat) is extremely low fat too. Almost too dry. Usually have to grind in 25% pork. My Dad gives me some every year.
