    Living out of a hotel

    Would you guysd help me out to decide what you'd eat off this menu (clean) as your 1st meal after training, about 8pm with bed at 10? Much much thanks!

    propb. cooked in oil? I was thinking the bison burger, no bun, salad and asparghus..........everything is organic too which is KEY! So it's damn healthy.......what do you think bro?


    Also, if I train at 5-6:15, shake of gluco. and whey at 630 and this meal about 8pm........do I still need a before bed meal if I crash about 930?

    bison burger is good but has a lot of fat.

    NO WAY BRO...........it's actually one of the leanest meats out there........1/2 the fat as a chicken breast............cmon........
