my typical diet, any advice??
I'm not on a bulking diet nor am i on a true cutting diet, i'm currently just trying to eat healthy with maybe slight fat loss. Here is an example of how i've been eating. Any advice or criticism would be appreciated, i wanna get my diet in check before i begin a cycle.
9:00 am - Protein shake w/water and (fruit, granola, or yogurt)
11:30 am - Tuna, chicken, or turkey on whole wheat
2:30 pm - 6" sub from subway, the low fat ones
6:00 pm - PWO - Protein shake w/water and fruit
7:30 pm - Chicken, lean beef, fish with vegetables
10:00 pm - Protein shake w/water
Everything i eat such as the yogurt or granola i try to get low fat/low sugar as much as possible. Also, all the condiments i may use are low fat or fat free.
This is just an example and varies a lot, i would like to try to lose a few pounds before i start my first cycle. I would sincerely appreciate any advice on helping my diet in an effort to lose weight as well as advice on the changes i should make once i begin my cycle.

You'll want to choose a primary goal first. Secondly, check out the sticky posts atop the page which both lay out a good general guide.

thanks swole, my primary goal is to lose fat until i feel that i'm lean enough for a cycle. then i'd like to get set on a good diet for the cycle.
