    How's My Cutter?

Going to cut for the next two months, before going on a 4 week Superdrol cycle. I'm 6'5, 235 lbs and about 12-13% BF.

    6:45am
    Glutamine and Water
45 min cardio on treadmill @65% max HR

    8:00am
    7 eggwhites, 1 whole egg
    Low carb ketchup
    1 serving of oats

    10:30am
    50g of whey w/ water
    CLA
    Flax/Fish oil combo

    12:30pm
50g of Protein from a lean meat source
    Wasabi Mayo

    3:30pm
    30g of whey w/ water

    5:00-6:00
    Crush weights

    6:00pm
    PWO
40g of whey w/ 80g of Dextrose in water

    7:00pm
    PPWO Meal
Chicken Breast w/ either brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or stone ground whole wheat bread

    10:00pm
40g of whey in water w/ a serving of Natty PB
    CLA
    Flax/Fish oil combo
    Glutamine

Also, when I start the Superdrol in 2 months after following this regimen, should I switch to a lean bulker, or keep my diet similar to this one? Thanks in advance for the great work you all do on this board.

Read the cutting/bulking stickies. Not enough protein from whole food sources. You have too many shakes in your diet.

Agreed. I will subplant my evening shake with tuna or eggwhites. I can also add tuna before my workout instead of a shake. Thanks.

    Any other input out there???

Exactly what Matrix said....I'd make the last meal Cottage Cheese and you'd be money. Also I'd say throw either a carb or a fat in there in your pre work out meal. I'd personally say carb but I know people that do pro/fat. Other than that good diet, and oh drop the glutamine, worthless and certainly won't help you any pre-cardio.

I try to stay away from most dairy while cutting, and it seems to be agreed upon by most. I do eat 2%milk cheese on salad, but that's the extent of my dairy. I'll prob go with the shake in the evening, one mid morning, and the rest of my meals from solid food.

DITCH THE WHOLE EGG, ADD MORE PROTEIN

    10:30am
    50g of whey w/ water
    CLA
    Flax/Fish oil combo

GOOD....MAKE SURE IT IS A FULL SERVING OF FLAX / FISH OIL

    12:30pm
50g of Protein from a lean meat source
    Wasabi Mayo

I DON'T KNOW THE NUTRITION FACTS ON WASABI MAYO BUT REGULAR FULL FAT MAYO WOULD BE FINE HERE. IF THE NUTRITION FACTS ON THE OTHER ARE THE SAME THEN THAT IS FINE AS WELL.

    3:30pm
    30g of whey w/ water
NEED A HEALTHY FAT HERE.... NEVER EAT PROTEIN ALONE

    5:00-6:00
    Crush weights

    6:00pm
    PWO
40g of whey w/ 80g of Dextrose in water

    GOOD

    7:00pm
    PPWO Meal
Chicken Breast w/ either brown rice, whole wheat pasta, or stone ground whole wheat bread

    GOOD

    10:00pm
40g of whey in water w/ a serving of Natty PB
    CLA
    Flax/Fish oil combo
    Glutamine
    GOOD

I think most stay away from dairy because of the bloat from the lactose or pehaps the carbs but Cottage cheese doesn't have any carbs. Just Pro and Fat so if you like it, it's a great night time meal.
