Is this diet healthy?
I have been going on this diet for about 2 weeks now. I will wake up have a protein drink go to school. Come home around 2 and eat a big meal. Like a sandwich, some OJ. For snacks when i get those (Binges) Eat chocolate rice cakes with Natural Peanut Butter...I love that stuff..all the while drinking water to keep my hunger down. Some times ill get a Carne Asada Burrito. around 7pm...But usually i go to the gym between 8 to 10. I mean im seeing results. But i also have a Tournament coming up in November....17th..Pankration = Kickboxing/Wrestling. My weight is 159. I get alot of different opinions.. Like from eat pasta;lot of "carbs", then all protein, then eat whatever you want. Questions, comments?

You would need to specify your goal(s)
As far as eating healthy in general, if your not getting sick and have a low saturated fat diet consisting of a variety of foods then I would say your doing just fine...

this diet is not good at all... healty??? what do you consider healthy? I am a kickboxer myself, if you want to take your training to another level, read some info on here about proper diets. The latergy should pass provided you get enough sleep, and energy levels can be manipulated at designated times with preperation of food throughout the day.
