    diet pill question

    this question is in regards to my girlfriend..shes like 5'1 115-120 pounds and demands she needs to lose alittle weight..she does work out but not consistently and her diet isnt great..i cant talk her out of this but she wants to take diet pills..anyone have any suggestions on what kind she should take..shes 18 by the way...

    ECA works very well however if her diet/training is not in check then I don't see the point in taking anything.

    Before she takes ANYTHING she should get herself in order in regards to diet/exercise.

    If not, she'll be wasting her time for nothing.

    You should have been able to instruct her on this.

    Ephedrine/Caffiene/Asprin, Really depends on how well she tolerates stimulants.

    Yup, Do a search for Vasopro which is 25mg ephedrine HCL per pill. And you can get caffieine and asprin basically at any pharmacy.

    They temporarily lifted the ban on ephedrine until it is appealed so they also have some low dose ephedrine based products on the market as well.

    my friend gave me a lipodrene to try. it has sida cordifolia in it which is ephedrine group alkaloids...is this the same as ephedra? i havent taken the lipo-6 with ephedra in a few months (ran out) so i should be sensitive to it. i took the lipodrene an hour ago and im about to go do cardio. i'll see if i notice a difference.
