    another dex Q sorry

    what up dudes, how many grams of dex do you add in ur PWO when cutting

    i normally take down 40g of whey when donr lifting so i would have 80g of dex with that??? sorry for all the questions on dex im a new user

    i use 1/4c for 40g dex...so with 1/2c it should be around 80g...someone correct me if im wrong.

    thanks xtinaunasty, i thought u didnt use DEX i remember a post were u said u didnt use, are you just trying it out??? if so how you likeing it?? and are you having any trouble maintaiing a low BF whie useing ??

    ya i just got some...ive only taken it for 3 days so far so i cant gauge any results yet. but it makes my shakes taste yummy! plus, its a lot easier just to pound all those carbs with my protein shake. it was getting annoying with the oatmeal, yams, etc. everyone on here seems to swear by it, so hopefully it'll work for ya (and for me)

    i do notice i have to drink extra water with it though...otherwise i will have a headache from the sugar rush

    thanks alot what brand of dex are you useing i ordered 4lbs. of NOW FOODS Dex, shit is cheap.
