SIMPLE or Complex carbs? u let me know
ive recently heard that i need to ingest carbs with my protein. anyone know what type of carbs and how much..
Also if i weight 210 whats the absolut most grams of protein i can down every 3 hrs.

and what time of day you are having the shake
u can get away with 50g protein every 3 hours, this also will depend on your metabolism and wether you are on gear or not - there are a lot of variables
i hope you werent planning on using shakes every 3 hours?
