I posted my cutting diet before and got some great feedback, so after trying some things and doing groceries here's what it looks like now:

6AM - one scoop protein (25g) one mini whole wheat bagel (25g carb.)

Workout

9:30 - 2 scoops protein (50g) 1 cup raisin bran (46g carb, 19g sugars)

lunch (time varies) - 8oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice or whole wheat pasta

2nd lunch - 8oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice or whole wheat pasta (46g carb.)

dinner (7pm) - piece of fish (21g pro.) 1 tbspn flax
