    try this for amazing gains!!!!!

    I have a friend of mine who did this and says he's noticing amazing results from it , I might give it a try

    all you need is a cup , cum from 3 guys and 5 tbsps of sugar , the cum has to be no more than a day older

    combine the 2 in a cup , mix with a fork and add some flax and butter.....dip a carrot in there and suck the mixture off the carrot , do not eat the carrot as the fiber might slow down the absoprtion.....

    LEt me know how it goes!!!!!!

    yeah sometimes 5 dudes instead of 3. I find it lowers the GI quite a bit.

    Okay seriously no flame but this is getting OLD...first it was the guy talking about eating shit then the guy talking about eating ravioli and mountain dew and now this...seriously its just not funny anymore. Im afraid im going to have to give you an "F" in being funny and request that you have your testicles removed surgically.
