    Elliot's Harris Benedict

    i used the one in the bulk diet threat up above. It cant be right I typed in my stats and it said my mainetence level is 2100 calories. That doesnt seem right?? im 6'2 around 208lb

    maybe if you were in a coma you would maintain that weight while eating 2100 cals....i think to maintain your weight you would need 2800.

    is there any sort of formula for maintainance calories? Mines prolly like 3200 or so Im guessing just wanna make sure

    Try around 15-16 cals per pound.

    so I need around 3800 calories a day when bulking? Its 500 extra?

    i think ive actually read its 14 calories for maintainence...dont mean to undermine you giantz lol...just what i have read in some book...i think it was that NO2 book...oh but how bout that kicker for the giants? man he is awesome

    Yes, 500 extra calories would be a start. Monitor your stats/appearance and make any changes needed as you go.
