Carbohydrates in beer e.t.c
Can some one give me a list of low carb beers,alco beverages e.t.c
HOw do you go about drinking when you go out

Only time I go out is when I am in L.A. or Vegas, and I drink what I want.
All other times I drink water.
For a list like this, I'd utilize Google as I am sure they have many findings on this.

and michelob ultra has the lowest cal.carb count

all beers are pretty low in carbs most of them range around 2.5-6g of carbs nut thats not what hurts you it all the empty calories that hurt you the avrage beer, contains 100 calories and there all empty cal's so they dont do anything for you

where do these empty calories come from ...how can they just come out of alchoal is it a micronutrient????
