    Ahhhh no, mom's birthday dinner

    so i guess where going to chinese restraunt. this is probably pretty bad. what should i get? i dont really kno, cuz i stayed away from salty foods

    absolutely, don't hold back... few beers maybe? but if you're trying to stay relatively clean Muscle & Fitness said the best things to eat there are steamed dumplings, stir fried chicken or shrimp, or shrimp with garlic sauce. then again they also include mcdonald's in their bulking diets so wtf do they know

    at the chinese restaurants I like:

    lemon chicken
    bbq chicken
    crusty chicken nugget things
    eggrolls
    icecream
    pudding
    random peices of meat
    and of course dip all meat in ranch

    haha thanks guys, i guess i cheated a little bit, stayed away from the rice, but teriaki chicken and beef, and fried dumplings...not too bad, but yeah, she made me eat up cuz she knows ive been keeping a strict diet. it was good. good to get something i havent had in awhile. but i saw that some of your post says cheat meal for the week...i dont kno if thats a serious statement. but if it is. i think itd be more like cheat meal of the month. cuz one day out of unhealthy food, and itll take 2 weeks to make up for it, maybe a week if you work it out hard enough. haha, but ya. thanks for the advice, on the different food choices.

    haha, you dont care? f*ck that, I will stick to my greasy red meat from the old grocery store. I make my own hamburgers. I like to call them the "wellfare" burgers. Consists of a lb of ground beef, fried to perfection on some white bread, not a hamburger bun. Some cheese with the greese turning the bread into mush. I will take that over bk or macdonalds any day. With some home fries!!!

    haha, yah, i dont kno. i do my best to keep it clean and cut. but there are days out of the week i need to get to in and out and get a double double. if any of you guys are fimilar with that.

    I hit chinese at least 2 times a week , sushi at least 3 times ...
