Breakfast important?
I'm trying to bulk but i never have time to make or eat breakfast, i work till 2AM. I usually wake up around 11am only have an hour before i can hit the gym then it all ready time to got to work. I do eat throughout the day at work i work at a restaurant and i can eat whatever i want free. So the question I'm asking is if i don't have enough time to eat breakfast is it OK to take a meal replacement or weight gainer for breakfast.

yeah it's OK. i'll bet there's alot of people on here who drink a shake for breakfast. I do prolly 3-4 days out of the week. Just make sure you get what ya need in it.

I would try to stick with real food...something is better than nothing.

definitely get something in, it get you metabolism running......however you have to get it
