help me with quick diet question

I am sticking to a bulking diet and eating like this
7 meals all around 500 cal

    1) pro/carb wake up 7:00

    2) pro/fat 9:30is

    3)pro/fat 1200

    4)pro/carb 300

    GYM

    5) pro/carb

    6) pro/carb

    7) pro/fat

now between them pro/carb meals (when in that pro/fat "peek" time) shoudl i try and eat as little carbs as possible(almost none) ? or still save to mix them just keep them lower then protein ?

minimal carbs is fine like from veggies and such but I wouldnt mix macros too much unless your body responds well to it. If I remember you are on cycle now correct? If so make sure you bump the kcals progressivly especially if you start to notice a halt in growing.

3,500?? Cmon on....now EAAT!! 5,000.....dont worry about carb/fat separation if its good fats and good complex carbs.....make meal 3 carb/protein and fat.......that's your true energy source for your training....
