I would locate most of my carbs in meal 1 and 2 and pre and post workout...
I would not have a cup of rice at meal6...
and maybe add some supplemented fiber to the last meal to slow absorbtion even more...Im sure your aware that whey is the highest bioavailable protein so when taking it at bedtime you want it to slow down a lot...
also possibly add some protein to meal1...

I dont like fruit for cutting...I would stick with some oats or brown rice...some dont even eat pre workout carbs...I wouldnt consider that though...

i usually have a gatorade between 12 and 3 at work you think that would help my pre workout carbs at all?

precook some rice and bring it with you, or a tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread. you could also bring some brocolli or something if you can get a meal in do it. gatorade isnt going to do crap but i suppose if you have NOTHING ELSE then do it, but go for a "cleaner" carb source... even precooked oatmeal might do the trick.

I agree with nova...what are the nutritional facts on those rice cakes?

whoa thats a big no on the rice cakes...

you need way more carbs than that...try oats or brown rice...

After reading that, yeah definately torch your rice cakes...
And as stated by NewKid, some dont even need preworkout carbs, so maybe give that a shot and take down a shake, or chicken breast...

Post workout...you need a lot of carbs...and those arent getting it IMO...

about how many carbs do u think i should be getting in post workout becuase im still having brown rice in my post post workout meal #6
The 4 rice cakes i have are the big ones and 4 of them add up to 28 carbs plus the carbs in my double protein shake

28 carbs is pretty good...Im cutting right now and I take in 30-40 carbs brown rice...I was under the impression that there were far fewer carbs...Of course there are some that say you should take in 50g of dex even when cutting but I dont reccommend that...
