First off, what is your body fat percentage as of now?
your diet looks ok, but premature. just read up (mainly about "clean bulking") it will give you the info you need, and see if there are any changes you would make to that diet based on what works best for you. I can say that it definately looks like you don't have nearly enough daily calories IMO. and personally i keep all my carbs around my workouts (before and 2 meals after). but you have the basics, hopefully some of the mods / more experienced guys will give you their opinions as well. some good luck brotha.Last edited by novastepp; 02-05-2006 at 10:17 PM.

Those I counse, I do not have them mix macros when trying to attain lean mass and not a fat ass. The way in which you can utilize the top-shelf of the calorie intake by controlling slin levels and not mixing energy sources, has shown (on my protocols anyhow) to yield fat more lean muscle mass and fat less fat.

I'm not thinking about just the issue of fat storage and avoiding it with fat/carbs together, I'm talking about manipulating that into a different pattern to yield better lean mass gains and overall less fat.
I don't think cut/dry like most, you gotta keep that in mind. Too many people see one issue and think there is only one aspect to it. Such is not the case.
As well, if you are a true endo then u are mixin' fat/carbs but staying below your BMS with all of your activity. Bodytypes mean nothing if the calories are below BMR. However, body composition and the way you eat does differ FOR ALL THREE body-types. Again, my advanced thinking, but there is a good reason why.

endomorph-person who tends to put on fat more easily than others. Gains weight easily
mesomorph-person who tends to keep a more lean/muscular appearance with ease
ectomorph-person who tends to find it difficult to gain weight. Very fast metabolism.
