Please tell me if vitamins are taken in enough dosages, do they provide energy?
Thanks!

Not really. Pick up a good eca stack, dymetadrine extreme, ripped fuel or something along those lines if you need energy for your workouts.

Vitamins are a big negative for energy. Go with a good thermogenic or even carbs/fats.

The best energy source is food.
Are you thinking about taking vitamuns so you can cut down eating to loose weight? Or are you looking for a boost in the gym?
If your looking for a boost, ECA/NYC stack will do it, but don't ever replace food consumption with vitamin supps.

Great advice here BigDose!
The B Vits are involved in carbohydrate metabolism however so make sure you are taking a good quality vit / min supplement to ensure you aren't deficient.
cheers,
