Anyway i normally need about 4000 calories a day to maintain my weight i think you call this BRM or something.
will this go up now during my cycle
protein is usually around 250g
stats

Well if 4000 is your BMR then on or off cycle your gonna need to exceed this to put on weight. I'd imagine your bulking, so I would say eat as much food as your body can handle but keep it clean.

does you BMR go up then because of the gear
or is it just that your bod is growing so you need more

First of all, where are you coming up with 4000 as you BMR? There is no way in hell, gimme your age and I will calculate your BMR using Harris Benedict. Second of all, the BMR formula is a function of height, weight, age, and sex; why would using gear have anything to do with BMR? If you want to make gains in weight, size, mass, whatever, you have to out-eat your BMR. That being said, your BMR is not 4000, but at your size 4000 calories or so would probably be a good starting point for bulking. Obviously you would need to adjust this number as you put on weight during cycle.

even if you use 1.9 as an activity muliplier it wouldnt be 4000, your actual BMR number should be under 2000, how old are you?

W/E, it doesnt matter. If you have found that you need to eat 4000 to keep your current weight then eat 4500 to gain.

Sounds like a plan. But only you know your body, if your job is that active and your workouts are intense then maybe you do need 4000 for maintenance, I doubt it, but like I said only you know. If you have been eating 4000 CLEAN calories (at the proper ratios) and not gaining then maybe you do need more than this. Bottom line, its pretty hard to screw up a bulk if your eating the right foods at the right ratios. Just keep eating your arse off, you WILL grow! Good luck, keep us posted

Absolutely calories are calories. IMO the waxy maize is awesome stuff when bulking. I take a scoop of it as soon as I wake up too, along with some whey, as a pre-breakfast meal, keep it by your bed and just guzzle it. Then do your shower and what not routine and go eat a real meal about 45 minutes later.

Yeah, no prob. I would say no for cutting, but during a bulk its the shiiit PWO. Just my two cents tho, I know there are others on here that arent fans of it.
