how is this for building some mass over the winter??its a keto one ?
kk i am around 180 5 foot 7 .my body well uz can determine from the pik.....does this diet seem good to gain some muscle in the winter?or at least stay like i am in the pic and not gain any fat
when i wake up 630- 1 nac 500,bcaa stack from universal
7 -3 eggs,3 slices cheese,4 ounces of ham or chopped meat,2cla,200 ala
10-atkins advantage bar
1pm-2 pieces of atkins brand bread,8 ounces chopped meat,200 mg ala,2cla
4 pm-atkinss bar i tablespoon of flax oil, 1 scoop vp2 2 cla
615-pos workout-1 scoops of vp2,2 nac 500 piils 200 mg ala
730-8 ounces of hamburger,or steak,2 pieces of atkins bread,grilled veggies
11-1 scoop vp2,3 eggs,tablespoon of flax oil,2 cla,200 mg ala ?
how does this look?

Have you added up the total calories or grams of protien in that. I wonder whether that will be enough to keep you feeling filled up.
An the face of it, it sounds to me as though you have thought it out pretty thoroughly.
