Thread: canola oil

Mr natural(skip lacour) ya right says that he eats 6 table or teaspoons of canola oil a day.he received that advice from paul Dillet and thats what made him grow .
Is this a good idea to put on some lean mass and is this healthy (i know olive oil is heart friendly but how much is too much) .Would olive oil be better or any other kind
What do ya think ?
The ones that compete should have answers for us ,come on guy's

I'm not sure about 6 a day, I know to add in a teaspoon (or is it tablespoon?) in your shakes (just 2x a day).

6 a day does seem pretty high, but if his natural diet is very low in fat then he could get away with that much. Also they could be tsp instead of tbsp. Big difference.
