ok... i take two scoops of nitrotech with a banana after i lift...
im trying to maintain muscle and lose fat...
is there anything i should add to my post workout shake???

Well I'll be the first with many to follow to tell you to use dextrose with your shake instead of a banana. But it does look good if that's all you got. Creatine could help out, but could make you retain water and I don't know what your goals are...bulking, cutting.
