Where do fats come into this?
6:15-6:45= cardio fast paced walking- light jogging
7:45-8:00=meal 1- fillet tilapia 4 egg whites and 1/4 cup oats
11:00=meal 2- Chicken Breast with sauteed spinach in garlic
2:00= meal 3- tilapia fillets or tuna fish or chicken breasts with 20 grams carbs from either pasta or brown rice
5:00= meal 4(post workout)-40 grams of whey protein with 35 grams of dextrose/10 grams creatine
7:00= meal 5 - chicken breasts with spinach leaves..........
8:00= cardio 30 minutes walking
11:00- 20 grams whey protein shake.....(flaxseed oil with this????)
Where do I add fats in bro im confused as hell

Well you want a small amount of fats with each meal, from my understanding...but if bulking I've heard people adding flax to there bedtime shake.

They don't come into it. If you want to take an ounce of oil a day to get your EFA's and Omega-3's, that is okay. Other than that, you get enough fat in the meats and other things. Unless you want to add bodyfat instead of reducing it.

Awesome superbeast so you think my plan sounds pretty solid? im 6'2 287 @ 17-20% b/f plan on cutting to 250 @ 8% ....tell me whatcha think bro.....thanx a lot man

Well, your plan looks pretty good and your goals are attainable. My only problem may be that with so few carbs in your diet, you are going to sacrifice muscle while reducing bodyfat. But, then again I don't know your metabolism. You need to develop an idea of how many calories you take in daily to maintain your current bodyweight. Then you can reduce calories from there.
