Trying to cut cals while on Fina cycle
First off I'd like apologize if this issue has previously been addressed, this is my first day on the board so I'm still learning the in's and out's.
Recently I started my first cycle, I'm taking 1cc of finaject daily as well as one bromo tab. I'm trying to get cut up for summer, but still add some muscle mass while doing so. I'm currently on a 1500 cal diet which roughly equals out to 200+g protien, 30g carbs, and around 50g fats. Ive been reading alot about calorie comsumption and am wondering if I shouldn't be consuming more. I usualy drop a couple of pounds a week and am cutting up, but am I wasting my fina by not eating enough cals? Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is only week 2 so I still got time to make some adjustments. Thanks.

1500 calories doesn't sound like you're eating enough, but if it's working and you're not losing strength....it's really up to you, if you want to cut up or bulk up.

Bro you need to do your math over you are not on 1500cals a day, your are getting at least 1820 (you say 200+g protein).

How is it that your able to calculate what I'm eating without knowing my diet? To be exact I'm eating 205g protien, 29g carbs, 57.5g of fat, and 1513 cals. I apologize for posting the incorrect amount of fats, perhaps that threw off your calculations. I would be happy to send you a copy of my diet, its in excel format. Any improvements would be greatly appreciated.

from what you said you are getting 820 cals from protein, 261 from fats, and 230 from carbs for a total of 1311 calories, which IMO is too few calories even for a cutting diet

Again, how do you guys know what I'm eating?? Is there a formula to figure it out or sumthing? I agree I'll need to boost my cal intake, what should I raise it to?

You put the macros in the first thread a little math and BAMMM I have it.
Pro 200+g == 800cals (4cals/g)
Carbs 30g == 120cals (4cals/g)
Fat 100g == 900cals (9cals/g)
For a total of at least (you say + on the protein) 1820cals. It doesn't matter what your eating if I know the macros I know your cals, actually it is probably higher due to hidden cals like sugar alcohols. That is how I know, plus I have ESP!!!!!!

Wow, I guess your right, wasn't taking into the account those hidden sugars and such. That's an interesting formula, I had perviously just been reading the labels, thanks.

haha, no, no one did. I'm 19, 6'0 tall, 187 and body fat is around 12. It might be lower now since this is my second week on cycle.
