Pumpkin seeds?
I really like pumpkin seeds mixed with raisins and dried papaya.
Should I rather eat the seeds plain without the carbs? Are the seeds any good for my body?
Wich of these two is better for me when I'm having cravings late at night infront of the TV.... high protein bar or pumpkin seeds, rasins and dried papaya mix??

I would stay away from the dried fruit late at night, it is packed with cals moreso than its non-dried counter parts. The seeds are ok as they are more fat than carbs and the carbs are mainly fiber. But Still I would watch that too, seeds are very calorie dense so a small amount has a lot of cals. What is better for you depends on how many cals you are getting from the seeds and fruit mix.
