Question about my diet while on fina?
Hey all,
I've been researching fina for some time now and have decided to give it a whirl. I am currently 6-2 215lbs and my bf is approx. 15%. I am 24 years old and have been lifting for a few years, I gained about 35 lbs of fat when my fiancee was pregnant and have cut that off in the past few months, but I am having trouble dropping anymore and acheiving my hard look again. I am hoping to get harder and lose some of the unwanted bf%'s. My goal is to get to 225lbs, but drop bf% below 12%. I need some suggestions on what kind of protein versus carbohydrate intake I should be dieting with. I am waiting on my kit and pins, but hope to start on next monday. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Pics will be posted later today.

I would add test and not just run fina.
> up your cardio for one thing, 45 mins sessions. first thing in the AM on a empty stomach
> drop all dairy from your diet
> get your efa's ( flax oil )
> start dropping carbs
why not post you diet and have the board take a look at it. then we can helpabstrack@protonmail.com

1.) protein and good fat in 4 out of your 6 meals.
2.) carbs in only post workout (HIT) and post post workout meals(PPWO).
3.) cardio, cardio, cardio
4.) take a fatburner to increase your metabolism and curb your appetite (NYC stack is the best IMO)
5.) take r-ALA before you eat carbs
6.) take 3 high potency multi-vitamins
7.) veggies throughout the day
8.) drink 1-2 gallons of H2O a day
9.) stay away from liquor
10.) take 10 grams of glutamine before cardio
Just a few ideas to help you get started. Honestly, the cardio and diet will ultimately be the deciding factor behind dropping bodyfat.
Good Luck,

The only problem, I have with the test is that I just relocated to a new state and have yet to find a local source. Don't feel to comfortable with overseas shipping and customs knocking on my door. I found a diet in the forum that I found to be similar to how I eat now and everyone has gave it good reviews, so this is what I am looking at
6am
10 egg whites/2 yolks
3/4 cup oats
1 cup OJ
9am
2 1/2 chicken breast
1 cup green veggie
1/4 cup rice
12pm
1 can tuna
1 tukey breast sandwhich ( minus the bread)
1 tablespoon of nat. peanutbutter
3pm
2 1/2 chicken breast
1 cup green veggie
1/4 cup rice
5:30 pm
pre-workout protein shake
7pm
post workout protein shake w/dextrose
8pm
lean red meat or fish
1 cup veggie
10pm
1 1/2 chicken breast
1/2 cup rice
2am
protein shake w/flax
Any advice would be helpful.
Also is there any OTC supplement that will help with fina dick, just a question since can't get my hands on any prop.

6am meal
looks good
9am meal
drop the rice, increase your veggies
12pm meal
looks good
3pm meal
increase rice to 1/2 cup
8pm meal
have your chicken and rice at this meal
10pm
Have your lean red meat or fish here with veggies
(actually I'd put the lean red meat at lunch and the turkey/tuna with this meal)
Other than that I think it looks pretty good. If your muscles still don't look as full as they could be increase carbs at 8pm meal from 1/2 cup to 1 cup.

Yeah, you know what will help with fina dick?? TEST!!
Diet looks good but I would start dropping those carbs from it as you progress toward your goals. Add some CLA in your diet, believe me it works wondersabstrack@protonmail.com
