Diet will be four lbs chicken, 8 cups rice per day, 1/2 gallon of milk, occasional piece of fruit. Busting it into 8 meals a day. Calories around 4300 and protein around 370g and carbs around 400g 80 grams of fat. I can reduce the fat by switching to 2% or skim milk but I doubt I have an issue. Cardio will be turned up as needed. This will be a clean boring diet.

Yeah the chicken has 100g ish protein per lb raw. 4 lbs = 400g protein
Once u cook it down to 3 lbs u still have 400g protein.
You're also getting protein from the rice. It's best to count ALL macros even protein grams from rice IMO.
Use a calorie counting app. I like my fitness pal. Once u get most of ur foods plugged in it's pretty easy.
I'd guess ud be farting a pretty good bit at 500+g protein lol..
It's better to measure all ur food raw to keep the most accurate track of macros. Cajun was right too u really should throw some veggies in there. Good fiber and micronutrients and vitamins and stuff are important for staying healthy.

Yeah it's better to weigh ur food raw and plug it in to ur macro counter raw. Chicken and other meats will lose water and some fat (depending on the cut of meat) but the protein will be the same. Chicken doesn't have much fat so I wouldn't be too concerned with losing a gram or 2 per pound.
Same concept with things like oatmeal and pasta which absorb water during cooking.
Since there's no real uniform way to determine how much water chicken is losing (because u may cook it for 5 mins or 10 or 20) or how much water pasta and oats are absorbing it's easier just to use the raw measurements.
There are apps that will estimate values for cooked foods but due to loss/gain fluids the volume isn't gonna always be uniform. However, 16oz raw chicken is always gonna be the same...

Nice. My gym is 5 mins from work and home. I've gotta fair amount of free time on my hands now too. Just bought a house really close to work and have been thinking of putting a few things in my garage like a bench and squat rack. Turn it into a cool cave with big screen TV on the wall, have my desk set up in there for office stuff and a place for my motorcycle and gear.
Working on getting the floor painted this coming week. Pretty excited about it.

I wasn't referring to the time spent inside the gym... but I do enjoy getting a good testosterone induced pump while being really lean and big pushing heavy amounts of weight in a gym full of hot chick's lol..
