i had 4 egg whites water

Bro you need to eat more meals to lose body fat. Try to space them out every 3 hours. You need a lot more protein also...... try to get in 1.5 to 2 grams per pound of body weight. Also eat real oatmeal don't use that packet junk....... most of it is full of sugar. Drink plenty of water like 1.5 to 2 gallons a day...... clen will give you bad cramps.
