Bulking diet...critique
Basically had a foundation, but liked the diet timmz11 had. This is just a beginning base. I will start diet in about a month, so I have time to revise it. Thanks again.

I would drop your carbs down and up the fats, Carbs fill you up to fast eating that many carbs will make it pretty dam hard to take in 500g of protein, you didnt tell us your stats & goals

I think he would gain alot of unwanted fat with that many carbs especially when hes mixing all these fats w/carbs in all his meals, you can get the same results if you up your protein and fats and focus mainly on having carbs PWO & PPWO as this is the only time you really need them.
