Critique my Diet
I have just begun dieting and this time I want to avoid all the misstakes I did last spring(I did lose 42 pounds last spring, but most of that weight I lost in the first 3 months or so then I didnt lose **** except strenght and I was no where near cut).
I was gonna do swolecats cutting but well after this fall I noticed I dont have any cash left to spend on anything else then food and a little juice **** I hate beeing a poor student.
Ohh well anyway this is my plan
I am 5¨11 and I weight 210 pounds I am gonna try and drop to 176 and hopefully se some abs at that weight, if I dont Il continue to drop weight until I get my god **** muther****ing abs
My diet is like this
Im gonna be around 2500kcal now in the begining(is that to much?, was around 1900 kcal last spring and it worked great at first then I guess it put me into starvation mode)and drop it if I dont drop atleast 2 pounds to the end of next week.
Im eating above 300g protein every day and sometimes as high as 400, carbs I keep around 100g-200g. The rest of the kcal comes from fat. Fat mostly from lean ground beef.
The lean foods I can afford and that Im gonna live on for the next 6 months is(should I inclue or exclude something?)
Whole grain rice
Lean ground beef(10% fat)
White beans in tomtato sauce(I do chili with the beans and ground beef alot, is that a bad cutting food?)
Noodles(I have found packs of noodles that only contains 31g carbs on 100g noodles but I dont know if I trust it realy)
I usualy take one pig out day every friday and stuff myself with just pure ****, massive ammounts of potato chips, chicken nuggets, ice cream, basicly all thats unhealthy!!but this maby isnt such a good idea ? Is a pig out day a big no no if wanting to get realy cut? I would say my bf% now is around 18% and I want to drop down to 10% or lower.
This is the cycle Im running
t-3 40-80mcg a day, gonna tweak and play around with the ammount
test enth 1g/week(might drop it later down to 500 or 750 but I seem to respond poorly to test so Im gonna keep it high as long as I can afford it)
Maby slin 5iu post workout twice a week if I can do it without it hampering the diet, this I want comments on!! If I do it then I will restrict my fat to below 15g during that that and only take in carbs at breakfast and a little post workout(20g), 20g during workout and then 50g post workout.
proviron 25mg/Day(gonna include arimidex in the end but cant get it right now, will se if 25mg proviron is enough to keep the estrogen at bay)
Will probably get ahold of clen to and run it 1 week on one week off until I run out of clen.
I will stay on until june so catabolism from the cutting wont be such a big problem.
Anyway the cycle is not what I want comments on, strictly the diet!
I am very carb sensetive and I store fat just looking at pasta, I store most of my fat at the tits and lovehandles so I guess Im estrogen sensitive to.
How should I cycle the carb intake?
should I do one low carb day(below 100g carbs), follwoed by one medium day(100-150g) and then one high(200g)? and the pig out day as a high carb day offcourse, if its not a bad idea to have it. My goal is to drop 2 pounds a week.
Should the low-medium-high periods be longer then one day?
The cardio I will do is 24 minutes on a exercise bike 3-4 days a week after workouts, and 30 minutes total on normal bike to and from university(20minutes to get to university and 10minutes to get home)and probably exercise bike on none workout days to. Dont know how much cardio I should do, how much cardio do you guys do?? I could always skip rope 15-20 minutes before school to if my calves can handle it(sometimes my calves gets realy screwed upp from skiprope)!
Well a long post any many questions, but I hope someone will take the time to answere them

just as you stated about the noodles. i would scrap them. they usually have unheard of amounts of sodium and the carbs are usually high g.i. and from what i hear very poor quality food as it is. because of the poor quality your body would have a hard time using the protein that's in it.

1) Enanthate while cutting...far from ideal.
2) Slin while cutting.....unheard of.
3) Cardio needs TONS of attention. Tons......
I suggest scouring all the posts here. Tons of info, especially on the cardio. It's fine you spent $$ on gear, but realize gear will do nada w/out a diet that is spot on for you, and that is consistent for many weeks on end. (your choices of gear weren't ideal either, but I don't advise on that) I always recommend one get a diet in order FIRST, then introduce "supplementation" that may assist that program/approach to work a bit better. Gear will NOT make up for a horrid dietary approach, ever.
The unofficial cutting guide (sticky) above should help with some basic principles.

Just check out the sticky, it should help ya out!
When you have a sample daily diet for on/off days, we can then critique it for ya!

Hey johan, I remember talking to you a few years back on a bunch of PLing related issues. Good to see a familiar face.
Anyway, I'm on a pretty similar plan. I'm running enanthate at 500mg and Trenbolone at 75mg ED while on a cutting cycle (T3/clen ). I worked my way up to currently having the cytomel at 125mcg/day (max dose) and the fat is melting off pretty fast, the testosterone /trenbolone is serving its purpose of retaining as much muscle as possible while on such a cycle. I didn't let my calories dip too far below maintenance, in fact I keep them around maintenance level throughout. I don't know much about Swole's diet other than what I've seen him post here in a few threads (BTW: Swole, great info and a great physique to back it up, nothing better than a man who practices what he preaches) and I do follow his general principles of greatly reducing carb intake on non-training days where my carb intake is pretty much only coming from green vegetables. I also subscribe to his idea of pretty much a sea-saw principle of fat/carb intake. My bulk of my carb intake will come from the PWO and PPWO meals. This week I'll be throwing some hGH in the mix at a low dose (2.5iu/day) and see how I respond, haven't touched the stuff in a few years. Also, I am ALWAYS hungry on this cycle which is sort of counterproductive to the goal at hand, so I always have some E/C/A handy as that is the only thing that really curbs my appetite (I'll subtitute it for the Clen once in a while).

1.) 2300 cals a day should be max
2.) Cardio everday is mandatory (empty stomach for at least 45 mins)
3.) Need more good fats such as flax/efa's (ground meat is not enough)
4.) Drink tons of water
5.) Choose your carbs carefully...oats, brown rice and yams are good choices.
6.) See how your body responds to a high cal day as opposed to a **** load day. Example, first 3 meals high carbs with protein and last 3 meals high fat with protein.
Hope this helps,

I eat about 6g of omega-3 every day, should I add a tablespoon of olive oil everyday?
Thanks for the advices bro!
Jbrand yeah its good to se old faces!!, how do you feel on 125mcg/day? Any strenght decline? I usualy start to lose strenght on my third week on t-3 if Im running a high dosage. I just feel worn out and very unexplosive.

prop, eq, and winnie would be a better choice for gear.
