Sugar Free Jello
I am looking for some kind of treat I can have during the day.... my mom is doing the south beach diet and they allow her to eat Sugar Free Jello.
I highly doubt it is "Sugar Free" however according to the nutrition facts it has the following:
1 Serving: 5 calories, 0 Carbs, 1g Protein, 0 Sugars, 0 Fat
Would this be a clean, light snack to eat while I am cutting?

Oh, of course, it's a staple, and a perfectly good one at that.

This is a good product to use in your diet and it is not cheating. I have one or two a day...Also Crystal light pops are good as well...

If I remember my "food science" class correctly... i think those 5 calories actually come from the horse hooves, er um...the gelatin in the jello
